事業所にいる場合原則出社
(営業日の場合)
自宅待機となる場合
自身や家族が負傷、自宅が被災したなど
移動手段が確保できない
安全な移動ができない(日没後など)
緊急対応要員について
就業時間内外を問わず、安全を確保した上で出社
当社グループ拠点所在地で震度6弱以上の地震が発生した場合
※移動手段が確保できる場合
その他招集があった場合
出社準備・出社
出社準備
無理な移動は行わないこと。テレビ・ラジオなどにより、最新の被災状況を確認
到着までの時間を推測(2~5 倍をめどに)
動きやすい服装、靴、水や食料を準備
出発前に、到着見込み時間などを上司に連絡
出社途中の対応
到着見込み時間を大幅に超過する場合は、上司に適宜連絡
